職位描述：
job description:
- responsible for routine activities related to new product introduction and purchasing.
- communicate with engineering team to get the required information of new project/product， make necessary preparation of engineering manufacturing.
- handle engineering sample build requests， issue ebi to subcon and closely monitor the process to ensure on-time-delivery.
- report to material manager on any delays， shortages or information pertaining to timelines or deadlines not being able to be met due to various reasons.
- focus on cost control， change control， and scheduling.
- review purchase requisition received， negotiate business terms with suppliers， manage procurement process， submit payment application for items or services purchased， maintains purchasing database and files.
- maintain vendor master information， product master information， bom and price list， etc.
qualifications:
- degree holder in engineering / business or related disciplines.
- minimum 1 year solid experience in engineering or production control， preferably in semiconductor field.
- proficiency in business math (calculating figures and margins).
- demonstrated attention to details， accuracy and ability to prioritize workload across multiple projects.
- must be able to work in a schedule-driven environment. timing is a critical function.
- excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- excellent written and oral communication skills in both english and mandarin.
- pc knowledge in windows and proficiency in ms office applications.
- be a self-motivated team player， quick learner and pro-active self-starter， responsible， able to work under pressure and be results-oriented.
