*perform medical service quality system audit according to internal or international standards.
*establish and maintain healthcare service quality standards, including healthcare, nursing home, palliative care, etc.
*establish and complete all necessary procedures and sop for all certification activities, including documentation, system configuration, certification decision, etc.
*manage and lead the whole audit team to achieve all internal and external requirements, including internal audit, peer review, 3rd party audit, standard committee review, etc.
*support marketing & sales activities.
job requirements:
*bachelor's degree or above in biological engineering, chemical or management engineering. medical management, medical science, nursing or pharmaceutical background is preferred.
*familiar with iso 9001 or din en 15224.
*familiar with iso 17021.
*ccaa iso 9001 qualification is required. iso 14001, ohsas 18001, iso 22000 or iso 27001 auditor is a plus. medical audit or assessment experience is much preferred.
*rich project management experience is required, quality management work experience in healthcare industry is preferred.
*fluent oral and written english skill is highly required.
*open, active and honest character, good communication skills.
*can travel frequently.
