essential duties and responsibilities include the following. other duties may be assigned.
deliver approximately 15 hours per week , including but not limited to: regular class,
open class and pilot/testing class as well as offline tutoring and marketing activities
particulate film/video making for curriculum, teacher training, marketing team to
meet and excel vipkid standard.
teaching in-person classes for privileged customers.
design and deliver training to staff members at headquarter office and online
teachers.
requirements and expectations
ba degree
at least one year teaching experience in english language teaching for 3-12 years old
native speaker with a standard pronunciation
drama, performance arts or music background is a strong advantage
be able to use online learning software, video recording software
you must be
able to deliver high-quality classes on video that involves song, drama and dance to
our online learners
write engaging esl lesson plans and training materials
teach phonics and reading skills
lead and design activities for marketing purposes
observe and mentor other teachers to present great video classes
working hours-shifting:
11am to 8pm (may vary, but no more than 8 working hours a day)
teachers may need to work at saturdays and/or sundays according to the business demand

1. 18,000-25,000 rmb depending on experience

1、協(xié)助辦理公司外教在華的簽證咨詢、辦理等相關(guān)事宜;
