第1篇 自動化調(diào)試工程師崗位職責(zé)職位要求
崗位職責(zé):
1、plc程序編寫、調(diào)試，伺服、變頻器調(diào)試等；
2、解決技術(shù)問題并估算成本和時間；
3、參加現(xiàn)場試驗并處理電氣故障；
4、協(xié)助客戶處理技術(shù)咨詢和技術(shù)支持等。
任職資格:
1、電氣自動化、自動化類相關(guān)專業(yè)專科以上學(xué)歷；
2，能夠使用一種制圖軟件；
3、至少掌握一種plc編程軟件，能夠精通西門子plc為佳；
4、能獨立完成組態(tài)及程序編寫；
5、有較強的責(zé)任心，良好團隊協(xié)作能力、溝通能力
工作時間:8:00-17:00

職位職責(zé):
- define the function of the machines for the project, including coordination with technical and sales related;
為項目定義機器參數(shù), 包括技術(shù)及銷售相關(guān)的協(xié)調(diào);
- responsible for planning automation concepts for machines and installations of the airport and logistics technology;
負責(zé)機場和物流技術(shù)的設(shè)備安裝的自動化概念規(guī)劃;
- check the circuit diagram regarding the function of the machine;
根據(jù)設(shè)備功能檢查電路圖;
- prepare specification for the application software (for computer use);
為軟件應(yīng)用(計算機使用者)準備說明書;
- software programming for machine function, the user interface and the engine control system;
為設(shè)備功能進行軟件編程,用戶界面和發(fā)動機控制系統(tǒng);
- creation of complex plc programs and executes commissioning;
創(chuàng)建復(fù)雜的plc程序并進行調(diào)試;
- integration of dynamic drive units;

- create the specification for the communication, including coordinating with the communication partner, implementation of automation components into it networks;

- coordinate with all order follow-up related personnel;
配合相關(guān)人員的訂單跟蹤;
- clarify detailed question for customer;
負責(zé)向客戶澄清相關(guān)問題;
- project processing inland and abroad (project attendance in all phases);
國內(nèi)外的項目處理(參與整個的項目階段);
- plc, control cabinet. check the professional electrical installation; test the function of machine and equipment;
plc、控制柜, 檢查電氣設(shè)備,對系統(tǒng)、設(shè)備的功能進行測試;
- carry out the performance acceptance test. take part in the trail operation;
實行設(shè)備驗收測試,參與試運行;
- provide systematic consulting service, advice or support regarding trouble shooting independently.
提供系統(tǒng)的咨詢服務(wù),能夠獨立給予相關(guān)問題的解答。

職位要求:
- bachelor degree or above. major: electric or relevant
電氣或相關(guān)本科以上學(xué)歷
- min. 3 years related experience in electric project programming & commissioning
3年以上電氣項目編程及調(diào)試工作經(jīng)驗
- good written and spoken english, german is a plus
良好的英語說、寫能力,會德語者優(yōu)先考慮
- familiar with the theory of automation system
具備優(yōu)秀的自動化系統(tǒng)理論知識
- solid knowledge in both hardware and software of siemens, rockwell or schneider
具有siemens, rockwell或schneider的軟、硬件知識
- good knowledge of plc programming and commissioning (siemens/rockwell/codesys )
精通plc編程及調(diào)試(siemens/rockwell/codesys)
- servo system application & commissioning knowledge (elau, schneider)
具有系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用程序及調(diào)試的知識(elau, schneider)
- experience in working with the windows operating systems
有windows 操作系統(tǒng)的工作經(jīng)驗
- be good at troubleshooting
具備良好的故障排查的能力
