? make and follow up planning of all cae activities for project during full process of vehicle development to respected project master planning (sod).
? present cae team to projects teams and maintain strong link with project teams and cae team.
? coordinate and animate the prevision of cae activities.
? set up regular meeting to control cae activities in project, predict and alert hard points to project team, find solution to solve issues.
? release weekly kpi of cae activities to present correct status.
? describe clearly, get robust inputs of cae calculation from partners.
? deliver cae models, results and reports to internal customers.
? ensure the traceability of cae activities, all input data, cae models, results and reports stored in database (sdm).
requirement
? 1-3 years’ work experience
? good command of english, french is a plus.
? comprehensive knowledge in vehicle development.
? knowledge of vehicle structure, biw, interior parts, exterior parts, etc.
? good experience on cae activates including structure, durability, crash, nvh, optimization, multibody. knowledgeable in cae tools, such as ansa, metapost, nastran, radioss, etc.
? project management skill is required.
第2篇 cae結(jié)構(gòu)強度工程師崗位職責(zé)
1、完成試驗及數(shù)據(jù)處理工作,撰寫試驗報告;結(jié)合試驗結(jié)果,提出整改方案,解決相關(guān)技術(shù)問題;
2、負責(zé)相關(guān)試驗方案的制定;負責(zé)結(jié)構(gòu)強度試驗項目的實施;整理、分析試驗數(shù)據(jù),編制試驗報告并歸檔;
3、負責(zé)試驗設(shè)備維護、安全操作等工作;負責(zé)結(jié)構(gòu)強度相關(guān)試驗規(guī)范編制。
崗位要求:
1、車輛工程或機械等相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷;
2、有2年以上結(jié)構(gòu)強度試驗經(jīng)驗,熟悉整車及各子系統(tǒng);
3、熟悉常用結(jié)構(gòu)強度相關(guān)試驗方法、流程以及相關(guān)試驗規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn);
4、良好的溝通能力及團隊合作意識,有進取意識,有責(zé)任心。
