發動機標定工程師 develop the knowledge base of caterpillar’s products, technologies, processes, services and systems, which you will use to:

- learn and follow caterpillar engine rating development & calibration process and procedure.

- work on engine performance and emission development project, engine rating development, meet customer request, and meet china or global regional regulations

- conduct of engine performance test execution, understand the diesel engine test techniques

- create engine test plan, analyze test data, optimize engine performance and emission calibration to meet engineering target, create engineering report

- summarize and communicate results via presentation to global customers, team members, and other business units regularly by means of tele-conference meetings

- assist to contribute to the engine development of new products and processes

required qualifications:

- bachelor’s degree or above in an accredited engineering, internal combustion engines, thermal energy, vehicle engineering or equivalent.

- good knowledge of internal combustion engine structure, engine performance, engine test, engine validation.

- excellent in problem analysis and solving skill

- excellent interpersonal and communication skill

- creative, keep interest in taking challenge and pressure

- diligent, proactive, self-motived and open-minded

- excellent in english (oral & written) good interpersonal skills.

- hands-on
