? lead integration of mechanical, electro-hydraulic and electronic drivetrain modules and systems into customer vehicles.
? lead engineering interface with customers
? develop hydraulic control module and component requirements from system requirements
? develop an intimate knowledge of the products to assure a high level of self-reliance for issues resolution
? track and report product conformance to customer requirements
? negotiate customer commitments in close coordination with bw sales and program management
? ensure all deliverables & timing are clearly defined and communicated to the organization
? manage relationship with customer engineering
? work closely with sales to coordinate technical support for new business opportunities and new technology demonstrations
? present product design and system performance and obtain concurrence from customer
? participate in customer product design team meetings
? maintain customer action items list and manage commitments to ensure customer needs are met
? coordinate all customer engineering activities
? support analysis of prototype parts in customer vehicles/ transmissions
requirements
master degree in automotive, mechanical, or electrical engineering (required)
minimum of 5 years of powertrain engineering experience (required)
ability to work effectively across functional and geographic boundaries in the interest of the customer and the business (required)
experience developing automatic transmission systems (preferred)
experience with working with customers (required)
excellent interpersonal skills (required)
excellent presentation skills (required)
excellent negotiation skills (required)
english language proficiency (required)
applications/hydraulic control engineering experience (required)
applications/systems engineering experience (preferred)
experience working with automotive oems (preferred)
vehicle evaluation and test skills (preferred)

大專業上學歷,機械或者液壓類專業背景
業務要求:對泵閥類產品銷售有經驗
熟悉大客戶銷售模式,工業類
熟悉國際,國內液壓品牌,在客戶關系上有良好的處理經驗
能承受銷售工作壓力,善于溝通和協調
英語能用作工作語言
工作內容:
制定年度銷售拓展計劃,和年度費用預算,根據業務開展情況進行調整和評審;
有極強的自我管理能力和積極主動的工作習慣
有甄選優質客戶的能力,和出色的開戶開發能
熟悉液壓產品特點,以及主要競爭度對手情況更特點
