supervision and development of facility building areas/equipments and supply systems;

responsible for planning and realization of new projects in building/facility areas;

support troubleshooting/preventive maintenance activities and regular task organization in facility maintenance area;

set up important training/working documents;

responsible for the 5s activities coordination in the facility maintenance area;

coordination of external supplier service;

several years experience in building & facility maintenance;

good knowledge in project management;

good knowledge in word,excel,powerpoint,autocad;

structured,strategic and target oriented thinking and acting;

initiative,team oriented and communicative personality;

good english skills;

minimum 5 years working experience
