-- lead inspection team to carry out product quality control and rework
as the firewall at both customer and supplier sides.
-- flexible manpower arrangement based on project requirements.
-- prepare the sorting/inspection working instruction and provide proper
training to the inspection team. daily report to the customer and
weekly projects overview reports.
-- implement layered process audit internal the team during projects.
-- monitor supplier production process and follow up the defined
countermeasures on-site.
--good communication with supplier and customer, reliable customer
representative (on-site support at end-customer).
--manage and coordinate the international project within formel d group.
assist on the critical problems with root cause analysis,
implementation of the corrective measures and check the effectiveness.
--manage customer service project for oem or tier1 supplier.
--8d report and corresponding follow up.
job requirement:
-- above 3 years working experience in automotive industry and good
knowledge on the quality control.
-- to work independence, responsible with good project management skill
and good understanding about requirement.
-- strong communication skill and customer complain management.
-- positive thinking and be able to conquer the difficulties during the
projects.
-- familiar with quality problem solving tools, such as 8d, 3*5why etc.
-- project/supplier management skill.
-- good communication skills in english are fundamental.
-- background in pcba relevant products. eg:cluster, central control
panel, air condition control panel, navigation systems is prefered.
