your mission and responsibilities:
1. technological support for the production, process monitor according to our quality system and product introduction plans. 為生產提供技術支持,基于質量體系和項目計劃完成工藝監控
2. steering, controlling and coaching the definition, development and implementation of production process 生產工藝的開發和引入,以及對產品工藝過程的指導和控制
3. transferring design from plm to production (new project and change request) 研發至生產的設計轉移(針對新項目或者設計更改)
4. be responsible for troubleshooting during production and improving quality of product 負責解決生產技術問題,提高產品質量
5. be responsible for production process optimization and productivity improvement 持續優化生產工藝,提高生產效率
6. developing and maintaining production documentation (dmr、master plan、fmea etc.) 開發及維護生產文件(包括產品制造性文檔、工藝過程規劃、失效模式和影響分析等)
7. analysis the return reason of return parts and take action to reduce the return rate of rf products 分析返修產品的退回原因,執行措施降低產品的返修率
8. developing tooling、equipment and new technology including documentation and validation. 設計工裝夾具,引入生產設備以及新技術,并進行驗證和完成相應的文件工作
your qualifications and experiences:
1. bachelor or master degree for electrical engineering, mechatronic, physical, or power engineering and engineering thermophysics 電子、機械、物理學、或者熱能與動力工程專業的本科或研究生
2. has practice in electronic factory will be better. have some software (office,microsoft access etc. ) knowledge are preferred 最好有在電子廠工作的經驗,有一定的軟件知識 (office,microsoft access etc) 基礎
